Cape Verde is an Island and a former Portuguese Island. Matter of fact there are no known tribes from Cape Verde . And my comment says.. I NEVER KNEW CAPE VERDEANS were black people.. It is different from saying CAPE VERDEANS are black people.

thats probably true, but being in the AFCON will do nothing but help them when they do come up against these teams, the experience will be great

now cape verde will be schooled once they get to play teams that are more organised than cameroon.

  11. MajorrBisonDecember 13, 2012 at 2:50 am

how could they be portugese in an entire african country? now i can understand if they were portugese living side by side with africans.

  12. MajorrBisonDecember 13, 2012 at 3:10 am

cameroon underestimated the cape verdians and it cost them big time. besides cameroon have a lot of problem in the team.

Cape verde made history but too disappointing for the Cameroonian lions. How could big African soccer team like Cameroon loose to the little blue cape verdean sharks? The Cameroonian national soccer team is filled with professional players. It is all because of the Cameroonian goalie. He costed the team to advance to the 2013 African cup of nations.

I understand that, keepers make mistakes, and a mistake looks worse because it usually leads to a goal. I know of Kameni, he’s absolutely not “one of the best in the world”, but he’s not a bad keeper.

But there’s a difference between making two mistakes and just standing there letting the ball go in.

kameni is one of the best goalkeepers in the world. humans can do errors sometimes , do you remember the Euro? checz the goalkeeper from Chelsea? the best goalkeeper in the world was the worst goalkeeper of the EURO 2012. this is what pressure does to people 😉
